Because many ZOJAY garments are produced using traditional African fabrics and artisanal techniques:

Slight variations in print placement may occur.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device screen.
Minor handmade variations are part of the character of the garment and are not considered defects.

4. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

discontinue products
limit quantities
refuse or cancel orders where stock is unavailable

If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

6. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.

An order is only accepted once it has been processed and prepared for dispatch.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where:

fraudulent activity is suspected
incorrect pricing has occurred
products become unavailable

ZOJAY does not store your payment card information.

8. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only.

Delays caused by:

public holidays
circumstances beyond our control

9. Made-to-Order Products

Some products are created specifically after an order is placed.

Made-to-Order items will clearly be identified on the product page.

Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled unless required by law.
